It deals with the challenges that inherently "suspicious" organizations face when forced to work together. This innovative volume explores issues of law enforcement cooperation across borders from a variety of disciplinary perspectives. Since the early 1990s, cross-border police and judicial cooperation has become a very important domain of the European Union.
