Le présent travail traite de la modélisation analytique et numérique des écoulements stratifiés en conduite horizontale. La partie analytique concerne la mise en équation du problème en tenant compte des discontinuités liées à l'interface gaz-liquide. La résolution du système d'équations différentielles obtenu permet le suivi du comportement du système fluide. Dans la seconde partie, une étude numérique instationnaire en 2D est menée en utilisant le code CFD Fluent. L'étude concerne un écoulement stratifié à deux phases gaz-liquide avec et sans gravité. L'effet de l'absence de la gravité est montré et commenté. Dans la troisième partie, l'étude est menée en 3D et en stationnaire. L'écoulement étudié concerne la partie gaz-interface. Les résultats obtenus sont comparés aux expériences de Strand (1993) et aux résultats numériques de Meknassi et al (2000). Les expressions donnant les facteurs de friction sont déduites puis comparées à celles de Taitel et Dukler (1976).
