The aim of the IFAC Conference Control Systems Design was to bring together researchers and practitioners dealing with new theoretical and applied Control Engineering Areas, to report on current theoretical developments as well as applications in a variety of practical problems. The Conference addressed a wide interdisciplinary range of topics (Linear and Non-linear Control, Adaptive and Self-Tuning Control, Robust Control, Discrete Event Dynamic Systems Control, Predictive Control, Intelligent Control and Manufacturing).
