"On September 1, 2015, 15 Tribal Community Health Representative Programs from across Arizona came together for the first time in Flagstaff, Arizona, to participate in the 'Community Health Representative (CHR) Policy Summit: Certification, Reimbursement and Sustainability for Healthy Communities.'
