Heigbt, as here given, means from the top of the uppermost en graved surface, including border if any, to the bottom of the lowest line of lettering. Sub beigbt, or oval bezlgbt, is the en graved surface of print without border and without lettering, the width of border in each case being given in the description of the print. Widt/z, oval widt/t or diameter is the engraved sur face, without border. The only variations from the universality of these rules will be fully understood, when they occur, from the language used, as in numbers 828 and 829.
