Book Description
The B°{bar B}° oscillation frequency [Delta] m{sub d} has been measured with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric B factory with different experimental techniques. The discussion here is focused on the recent simultaneous measurement of [Delta] m{sub d} and [tau]{sub B°} with exclusively reconstructed B{sup 0} 2!D*− l [nu]{sub l} decays, based on 23 million B {bar B} pairs collected by BABAR. The measurements of [Delta] m{sub d} with fully reconstructed hadronic decays and with dilepton events are also reviewed. The average BABAR result is [Delta] m{sub d} = 0.500 ± 0.008 ± 0.006 ps−1.

Book Description
Recent BABAR measurements on lifetime and mixing of B mesons are reported. Various techniques are used, ranging from the full reconstruction of hadronic B decays, to partial reconstruction techniques, and to a totally inclusive approach with dilepton events. The results presented are based on a data sample collected by BABAR during the 1999-2000 data taking, and should be considered as preliminary.

Book Description
We present a preliminary search for D°-{bar D}° mixing using the decays D° → K?−?°, additionally presenting Dalitz-plot distributions and a measurement of the branching ratio for this mode. A new tagging technique is used to produce the doubly Cabibbo-suppressed Dalitz plot, which in turn is used to motivate the method used for the D-mixing search. We analyze 230.4 fb−1 of data collected from the BABAR detector at the PEP-II collider. Assuming CP conservation, we find R{sub M}
