Francis Dill, Presbyterian Minister of Clough, in the county of Down, in connexion with the General Synod of Ulster, John Blackwood, John Anderson, and William Kennedy, on behalf of themselves and all the other members of said congregation... it prays that the said defendants may answer the premises, and that the trusts of the said lease of fee-farm grant of the 13th of May, 1736, be performed and carried into execution; and that it may be declared, that according to the true construction, intent, and meaning thereof, the said meeting-house, grave-yard, and other premises, comprised in the said grant were granted, and are now held in trust for the members of said congregation"--P.
