The U.S. has been broadcasting to Cuba for more than two decades via Radio Marti and, subsequently, TV Marti to "break the info. blockade" and promote freedom and democracy in Cuba. TV broadcasting to Cuba is performed by the Office of Cuba Broadcasting (OCB), a U.S. gov¿t. entity. OCB operates TV Marti, which broadcasts news, commentary, and entertainment programming to Cuba. Little did he know the far reaching consequences it would have in supporting the Cuban people in their quest for freedom and truth.
