Introduction : L'objectif de l'étude était de faire un état des lieux de la qualité de l'anamnèse concernant les allergies aux médicaments et aux produits de santé, telle que renseignée dans les dossiers obstétricaux du CHU de Poitiers, dans le but d'optimiser la sécurité et la qualité des soins. Matériel et méthode : L'étude était monocentrique, rétrospective et observationnelle. 232 dossiers d'anesthésie de 2018 ont été préalablement inclus, dans le but de déterminer la classe médicamenteuse, la manifestation allergique et le type d'allergie le plus souvent rapporté par les parturientes. Puis, 162 allergies médicamenteuses inscrites dans les dossiers préanesthésiques ont été confrontées à celles des dossiers obstétricaux, pour évaluer la concordance de leurs anamnèses, et la qualité des renseignements sur ces allergies dans les dossiers obstétricaux. Résultats : La classe thérapeutique des anti-infectieux était la plus incriminée (55,0 %), dont notamment les antibiotiques (90,3 %), avec une majorité provenant de la famille des Bêtalactamines (64,6 %). La réaction cutanéo-muqueuse était la plus décrite (104,7 %). L'allergie au médicament ou au produit de santé seule était le type d'allergie le plus rapporté (44,8 %). 21,6 % des allergies médicamenteuses renseignées dans les dossiers préanesthésiques ne figuraient pas dans les dossiers obstétricaux. La description de la manifestation clinique, renseignée dans les dossiers obstétricaux était d'abord non évaluable (43,3 %), puis de qualité insuffisante (35,4 %) ; tandis que celle relative à la notion d'une investigation et d'une réintroduction était majoritairement non évaluable (respectivement 96,1 % et 98,4 %). Conclusion : Afin d'optimiser l'anamnèse de ces allergies médicamenteuses et d'harmoniser les pratiques professionnelles, un questionnaire standardisé a été proposé.
