Excerpt from Acts Passed by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina, at the Session of 1830-31 For every scire facias, (provided nothing herein contained shall he construed to repeal any part of the act of one thousand eight hundred and twenty-eight, allowing half fees in cases of scire facias, ) sixty cents.
