Of special interest is the chapter pertaining to riparian rights and the division of accretion among the several riparian owners. That chapter deals at length with all those riparian rights with which the surveyor and attorney are constantly coming in contact. Numbers of lakes in some of the western states are constantly drying up and the waters receding. Questions pertaining to the.
