Part II deals with various aspects of the curriculum for ele mentary and secondary schools. Suggestions are made about teaching procedures, emphasis being placed upon important aspects of teaching in the proposed twelve year program. Reports of the committees on subjects of instruction are given in the order found in Publication No. 189, and indicate the scope and sequence of the program at various growth levels.
