Excerpt from A Lecture on Homoeopathy Delivered Before the Legislature of Michigan Ladies and Gentlemen: - Before entering upon my subject, allow me to express my warm acknowledgments to the honorable members of our House of Representatives for the privilege they have accorded me of addressing you in this Hall. The subject of my lecture is not altogether of a technical nature; it is one embodying deep philosophy and practical usefulness.
