Graphics and Modelling are key technologies to support visualisation and product development tasks. Based on the recent developments in the areas of (scientific) visualisation, interaction techniques, distributed systems, and product design, in dustrial and applied research have improved the possibilities for further approaches and issues and for exchanging experiences. A workshop on Graphics and Model ling in Science & Technology was held in Coimbra, Portugal in June 1994, and the programme committee selected 19 papers for presentation.
